The new law implies that you can get Turkish residency by buying a house over 250000 dollars in Turkey.

The person who is the guardian can get residency for himself, spouse and children under 18.

If the two siblings decide to buy a house and get residency the price of the house needs to be 500000 dollars so each share be 250000 dollars. The house deed needs to be under both names.
