Reformation in gaining Turkish residency

According to latest reformation in Turkish residency law which has been published in newpapers, the conditions for gaining Turkish residency have been facilitated.

According to this they give residency to foreigners who invest at least 500000 dollars or its equivalent lira. Before this the amount of investment was 2 million dollars.

Also if a foreigner buys a property with the value of 250000 dollars can gain Turkish residency.

The investment on property has fallen to 250000 dollars from 1 million dollars for gaining Turkish residency.

Creating job opportunities for 100 Turkish citizens have reduced to 50 citizens.

In order to gain residency, the least amount needs to be deposited at bank has reduced to 500000 dollars from 3 million dollars.
